Job Description: Robot Engineer (Paint Shop)

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate & maintain ABB painting robots (IRB5500/IRB5400)

· Robot programming, teaching & parameter editing

· Troubleshoot IRC5 robot controllers and servo faults

· Perform robot mastering (zeroing) & calibration

· Identify and resolve paint shop defects related to robots





· Work with RobotStudio, IPS & RobView software

· Support Paint Applicator RB1000iB operations

· Ensure preventive maintenance and continuous improvement

Preferred Knowledge:

· Manufacturing systems & Paint Shop processes

CMMS RCM / PDM / HBM

· Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Uptime)

SAP PM/MM (Preferred) 8D, 7QC & Why-Why Analysis Skills

· Analytical Thinking

· Problem Solving

· Teamwork

· Effective Communication

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
