We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Broker with proven experience in the US logistics market to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling and outbound sales (US market)
- Build and maintain robust relationships with shippers and carriers
- Manage end-to-end freight movement and ensure timely coordination
- Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational issues

Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Freight Broker (US market)
- Proven track record in sales, brokerage, or logistics operations
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confident in cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals
