About the Role :

Eduport Academy is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives to promote our online tuition programs. This role is ideal for candidates with telesales experience who enjoy speaking with customers, generating admissions, and achieving sales targets.

As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with prospective students and parents, explain our online tuition programs, and convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Promote Eduport Academy's online tuition programs and explain course features and advantages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing professional counselling and guidance.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects until enrollment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.




- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in EdTech, Insurance or Banking is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
