- Verify outgoing shipments: confirm items, quantities, packaging, and documentation match sales orders or dispatch instructions before release.
- Check incoming deliveries: inspect received materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality specifications; report shortages or damages.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Update inventory and logistics records in the ERP/system and communicate discrepancies to procurement/warehouse teams for resolution.
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling to prevent damage during transit.
- Arrange transport and track shipments until delivery confirmation; follow up on delayed or returned consignments.
- Maintain a clean, organized dispatch area and ensure compliance with safety and company handling procedures.
- Assist with periodic stock counts and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.




- Provide regular status reports to the operations/warehouse manager and escalate unresolved issues.
- Support ad hoc logistics tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or ERP; comfortable using MS Excel and WhatsApp for communication.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in checking materials and documents.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language (Malayalam preferred).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, transporters, internal teams) and manage timelines.
- Physical ability to inspect and handle goods when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
