Job Descriptions:

- Roles & Responsibilities :

- Install, commission, and service track-mounted machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate field service activities and provide timely technical support to customers.
- Train operators on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Support and guide field service team members through performance reviews and training.

Desired Qualifications & Skills Required :

- Experience with heavy equipment or track-mounted machinery.
- Strong knowledge of crusher equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in field environments.

Location: North (UP/RJ)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 2 - 5 Years
