Job Profile

1. Handle India Mart inquiry and any other direct / web-based inquiry.

2. Qualify the lead

a. Confirm customer potential to quote.

b. Technical confirm product / service within Halward scope.

3. Connect with vendors / internal database to get required prices and send quote to customer.

4. Hand Over customer contact to existing sales telecaller for follow up and closure

5. Follow up with telecallers for closure and recovery.

6. Interact with customers to help early closures.

7. To ensure CRM entry at all stages.

Use CRM leads for follow up.

Candidate Requirement

Education – Minimum Graduation in any field with preference to Engineering/ Diploma Holders.

Experience – In the field of Sales or Service of any industrial products. Else sales / Service experience in pneumatic products.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
