We Are Hiring: Front Desk Executive & Telecaller

Join our growing team in Burdwan! We are looking for an energetic, polite, and motivated individual to manage our front desk and connect with prospective students. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, students, and parents with a warm and skilled attitude.
- Telecalling: Call prospective student leads to explain our courses/services and schedule counseling appointments.
- Coordination: Maintain the visitor register, handle incoming calls, and assist the management team with basic office tasks.
- Follow-ups: Keep track of student inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups via phone or WhatsApp.

Requirements

- Skills: Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi required; basic English is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word,



Excel) and internet browsing.
- Attitude: Polite, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Experience: Freshers welcome! (Prior experience in telecalling/front desk is a bonus).

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹6,000.00 – ₹9,000.00 (Based on experience and skills).
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Provided if the candidate wishes to relocate/stay in Burdwan.
- Additional Benefits:
- Paid sick time / 1 Paid Leave per month
- Permanent, full-time role
