Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional & Domain Expertise • Drive understanding and validation of end-to-end LOS processes: • Customer onboarding • Credit evaluation & decisioning • Sanctioning and disbursement • Support Retail and Corporate lending journeys, including product configurations and workflows. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards: • KYC, AML • Risk assessment frameworks • Audit and governance requirements 2. LOS Application & Integrations • Work closely on leading application-based LOS implementations, ensuring functional accuracy. • Interpret and validate: • Workflows and case management processes • Integration touchpoints across systems • Review and validate Business Rules Engine (BRE):
• Credit decisioning logic • Rule configurations and validations 3. Testing, QA Governance & Delivery Translate business requirements and user stories into: • Coverage validation with the help of detailed test scenarios and comprehensive test cases • Provide guidance and mentorship to QA teams in execution and reporting • Review test artifacts to ensure: Functional completeness and Business accuracy • Act as single point of contact for functional clarifications during testing cycles. • Support defect triage and Validate business impact • Ensure correctness and prioritization of defects 4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration • Act as a bridge between Business stakeholders , Product owners, QA and delivery teams • Participate in: o Requirement walkthroughs, Solution discussions and clarifications o Ensure delivered features align with defined business intent and outcomes Must-Have Skills & Experience: Functional & Domain • Strong expertise in LOS processes across Retail and Corporate lending • Deep understanding of lending lifecycle, workflows, and credit processes • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, audit, risk) • Proven experience in leading application-based LOS implementations • Robust understanding of: Workflows and case management
