Position description: Providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and overseeing the creation of visually stunning and cutting-edge 3D assets to elevate brand aesthetics and user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge 3D design tools, software, and technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of 3D art production.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies, such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR), to stay at the forefront of design trends.
- Develop and optimize the 3D art production pipeline, ensuring smooth workflows from concept to final output.
- Implement automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive tasks, reducing production time and improving overall efficiency.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for 3D art creation, ensuring consistency, visual fidelity, and adherence to project requirements.
- Implement rigorous testing processes to identify and address potential issues related to rendering, animation, or other technical aspects of 3D design.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including software developers, to integrate 3D art assets seamlessly into interactive applications or multimedia projects.
- Work closely with design, engineering,



and production teams to ensure alignment between artistic vision and technical feasibility.
- Optimize 3D assets for real-time applications, such as games or simulations, focusing on performance considerations like polygon count, texture resolution, and shader complexity.
- Implement techniques for efficient asset loading, texture streaming, and level-of-detail (LOD) systems to enhance real-time rendering performance.
