About Role:

Har Shreejee Finance and Leasing Company Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Telecalling Executive / Team Leader to manage telecalling operations for personal loan and payday loan products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an NBFC, possess strong sales and customer-handling skills, and be capable of leading, mentoring, and monitoring a team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling activities for personal loan and payday loan products.
- Guide, support, and supervise telecalling team members to improve productivity and conversions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Train recent team members on product knowledge, calling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead allocation, and performance reports.




- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and maintain high conversion rates.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, documentation, and disbursement processes.
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience in an NBFC, Fintech, or Personal Loan/Payday Loan industry is mandatory.
- Experience in handling or mentoring a tele calling team will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products, payday loans, customer acquisition, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate team members and drive target achievement.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and computer operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
