VK Shah Group is looking for an MIS Executive who has a growth mindset and is comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. As our MIS Executive, you will play a key role in turning data into decisions that drive our projects and people forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, and maintain data from Sales, Finance, Operations, and Project teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Design and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and conditional formulas.
- Build energetic dashboards and summary reports to support senior management in data-driven decision-making.
- Track project-wise sales data, collections, inventory status, and customer pipelines across all VK Shah Projects.
- Analyse data trends, variances, and exceptions; present key insights clearly and concisely to leadership.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel Macros / VBA to improve team efficiency.
- Maintain and update master data files, trackers, and databases with accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across all reports and systems.




- Support ad-hoc data requests and business analysis tasks as assigned by management.
