Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and improving online brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports using analytics tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing campaigns.




- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging captions and content calendars.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva is preferred.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
