Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.




- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level order management systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration points and understanding of business process flows within order management.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
