Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our agile team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions. This role is crucial for driving client satisfaction, retention, and identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and challenges through in-depth conversations and analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns,



and present new solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, financial analyses, and reports to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and product penetration.
- Manage client expectations and ensure all inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions.
