Job Title: NPD (New Product Development) Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform product and process costing.
- Conduct feasibility checks and freeze confirmed parameters.
- Manage engineering changes effectively.
- Work closely with production floor teams as required.
- Participate in learning and development activities to enhance performance.
- Handle additional responsibilities as required based on organizational needs.
- Develop and manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation.
- Create and modify engineering drawings and product designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Support design validation, design optimization, and product development activities.
- Requirements
- B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace / Production Engineering.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical industry.
- AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency is mandatory.
- Product Design and Engineering Design knowledge is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Engineering Change Management.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation.

Understanding of measuring instruments, unit conversion, and part measurement.

Knowledge of cost reduction, scrap reduction, and forecasting.

Quick learner with creative thinking ability.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.

Ability to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
