Reporting To: Head of PPE Business

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM – Gujarat) to lead and drive B2B sales of PPE and industrial safety products across the Gujarat region. The role requires solid exposure to industrial, EPC, and project-based sales along with dealer network management and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales and business development across Gujarat
- Manage and expand dealer / channel partner network
- Handle key accounts and oversee payment collections
- Engage industrial, EPC, and project-based clients through meetings and presentations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Conduct product demos and promote PPE solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Candidate Profile:

- 7–10 years experience in B2B industrial sales
- Experience in Industrial Safety / Fire Fighting / PPE / EPC preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across Gujarat

Qualification & Details:

- DME / BE / B.Sc / MBA (Preferred)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
