About Us

Founded in 2024, we are a renewable fuels manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality biodiesel and value-added by-products.

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Chemist. This is a hands-on role that combines laboratory operations, quality control, production support, and process optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team and the leadership to develop efficient manufacturing processes while ensuring that every batch meets stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Raw Material Quality Assessment

· Inspect and test incoming raw materials before being accepted.

· Approve or reject incoming consignments based on laboratory test results.

· Maintain accurate records of incoming material quality and inspection results.

Laboratory Process Development

· Prepare laboratory-scale biodiesel batches using approved manufacturing procedures.

. Conduct lab trials to determine suitable process parameters for production.

· Record test results, product yield, and key observations from laboratory experiments.

Production Support

· Translate laboratory findings into plant operating parameters.

· Perform routine in-process quality checks during manufacturing.

Finished Product Quality Control

· Perform quality testing of finished products in accordance with IS 15607:2022.

· Verify product quality before batch release and dispatch.

· Maintain quality control reports and laboratory documentation.

Laboratory Operations





· Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure instruments remain in proper working condition.

· Coordinate laboratory chemical inventory and consumables.

· Ensure a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

· Follow laboratory safety procedures and Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

· Chemical Engineering

· Petrochemical Engineering

· Process Engineering or a related discipline

Preferred Experience

Experience of 1-3 years in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

· Biodiesel

· Edible Oils & Fats

· Petrochemicals

· Fuel Manufacturing

· Industrial Chemical Processing

· Quality Control Laboratories

Fresh graduates with excellent laboratory skills, a strong academic background, and a passion for research are also encouraged to apply.

Skills required

Candidates should possess experience with, or the willingness to learn:

· Strong foundation in chemistry, laboratory techniques, and quality control.

· Knowledge of lab instruments such as titration, viscometer, flash point apparatus, distillation apparatus etc.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting.

Knowledge of biodiesel manufacturing and IS 15607:2022 specifications will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
