We are looking for a Customer Support/CRM Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions over phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.

### **Eligibility**

* Regular Graduate (Mandatory)

* Minimum **60% marks** in **10th, 12th, and Graduation**

* Minimum **1 year of experience** in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Care, or Telecalling

* Age: **24–32 years**

* Knowledge of **Tally** will be preferred

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

* Communicate confidently with customers without hesitation.

* Provide **quick, accurate, and effective responses and solutions** to customer concerns.

* Maintain positive customer relationships through courteous and skilled communication.

* Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests.

* Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

* Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily reports.

* Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

* **Confident while speaking with customers and able to think on their feet.**

* Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions.

* Professional telephone etiquette.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
