Responsible for supervising daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality, machine efficiency, safety and housekeeping.
Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Production Engineering preferred.
4-5 years experience in Putty, Paint, Dry mix mortar or Building materials manufacturing
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily production as per production plan.
- Ensure Product Quality through regular process and quality checks.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive machine breakdown.
- Allocate and spervise manpower for optimum productivity.
- Ensure proper utlization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily production, quality, and maintenance of records.
- Coordinate with stores QC and despatch for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
