As a Business Development Executive at Cargo Solution Brokerage, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods for our clients utilizing the company’s asset-backed capacity. This role requires strong negotiation skills, operational coordination, and proactive communication to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective freight movement. You will serve as a key point of contact between carriers and customers while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers while maximizing value for clients
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Track and monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time performance
- Proactively resolve transit-related issues, including delays, damages, or service disruptions
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing shipment updates and addressing questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of shipments, rates, and transactions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational goals and improve service efficiency

Qualifications

- Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations (preferred)




- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
