Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Quality and NPD activities.
- Knowledge of Crimping, Terminal, Connector, Wire Cutting & Stripping, Taping, Assembly, and Electrical Testing.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, CAPA, and Control Plan.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, BOM, and customer drawings.
- Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis techniques.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Quality and NPD are preferred.
- Experience in OEM / Tier-1 automotive wiring harness manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,186.87 - ₹56,228.90 per month
