Sr DevOps Engineer – Job DescriptionOverview

A DevOps Engineer designs, implements, and maintains systems that enable continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and efficient infrastructure management. They focus on automation, scalability, system reliability, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Automation & CI/CD
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate code deployment, testing, and release processes
- Infrastructure Management
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Hands on experience in GKE,AKE, AKS, Github, GitLab, Nexus , Postman etc
- Hands on experience in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- System Monitoring & Reliability
- Monitor application performance and uptime
- Set up alerts and logging systems
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, QA, and IT teams
- Improve development workflows and deployment speed
- Configuration Management
- Security & Compliance
- Implement best practices for system security
- Manage access control and data protection

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)




- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, GitLab, Nexus , Postman)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with microservices , API Proxy architecture
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands on experience in GKE,AKE, AKS, Github, GitLab, Nexus , Postman etc
- Hands on experience in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
