We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to assist clients with immigration and visa processes. The ideal candidate will provide accurate guidance, assess client eligibility, and support applicants throughout the immigration journey while ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients on immigration and visa options based on their profiles.
- Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Explain the documentation and application process clearly to clients.
- Collect, review, and verify all required documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide application updates.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Achieve individual sales and client conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹52,166.63 per month
