Job Summary:

Responsible for managing accounting transactions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, vendor payments, receivables, taxation, and audit support in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budget analysis.
- Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

Experience:

- 10–12 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in API/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

Skills:

- GST & Taxation knowledge.
- ERP/Tally/Focus proficiency.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
