We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality construction, and maintain project timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil works, site supervision, and team coordination, with proven experience in handling large-scale projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate tasks to the site team efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control labor, material, and equipment usage to minimize wastage.
- Review structural and architectural drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on site status.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations (BOCW, labor laws, etc.).
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
