Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage interior and renovation works at government project sites. The role requires robust execution skills, discipline, and the ability to handle site activities independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution for interior and renovation works
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and government standards
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors
- Maintain site records including DPR (Daily Progress Reports), material logs, and site instructions
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of activities
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with project manager for planning, billing inputs, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline




- Handle basic measurements and assist in preparation of running bills

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in interior fit-outs and renovation work (preferably government projects)
- Ability to read drawings (civil, electrical, and interior)
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Familiar with BOQs, measurements, and billing basics
- Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling pressure on site

Preferred:

- Experience working with government departments like CPWD, PWD, MES, etc.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (not mandatory but useful)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,394.24 - ₹35,000.00 per month
