About the Role

EOX Secure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our security and manpower services, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves regular field visits and interaction with corporate clients across the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for the company's security and manpower services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions to generate business.

Maintain accurate records of client information, leads, and business opportunities.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

Represent the company professionally during client visits and business meetings.

Submit weekly reports on marketing activities, client meetings, and business development progress.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for field marketing and business development.

The selected candidate will be based in Madurai and must be willing to travel to Theni, Virudhunagar, Dindigul, Karur, Trichy, and nearby locations as required for official client meetings.

Travel for field marketing activities (approximately 40%–60% of working hours) is mandatory.

Candidates must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, as frequent travel is a key part of this role.

Live location sharing during official client visits is mandatory.

Weekly reporting at the Head Office is mandatory.
