Responsibilities includes the following but not limited to it:
Take regular customer orders and pass it to the required team
Assist customers with their query and resolve it in proper manner
Make sales calls to corporate for Corporate Gifting / Supplies
Assist customer in placing the online order and their status
Management of online orders with delivery statuses
Must be:
Very fluent in English
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Experience 06 months to 3 years
Basic computer application skills & data management skills
Microsoft excel and corporate email communication knowledge is must
