Job Title: Accounts & Finance Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities such as data entry, invoice processing, and bookkeeping
- Support in preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and statements
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payment follow-ups
- Support audit processes and internal financial checks
- Work on MS Excel for data analysis and reporting





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
