Job Role: Financial Advisor (Insurance Advisor)

Duties & Responsibilities:

✔ Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans

✔ Build and manage a personal customer portfolio

✔ Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms

✔ Assist with documentation and policy issuance

✔ Maintain long-term client relationships for renewals

✔ Generate leads through referrals, networking, and personal contacts

✔ Attend training and skill development programs

✔ Work independently with flexible working hours

IRDA Exam & Licensing Details:

- Mandatory IRDAI training – 50 hours (online / classroom)
- Clear the IRDAI Advisor Certification Exam
- Exam is objective-based and easy to clear with proper guidance
- Training, study materials,



and support will be provided by the company
- On passing the exam, IRDAI license will be issued

Income Potential (Commission Based):

✅ Part-time income: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month*

✅ Regular performance: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month*

✅ High performers: ₹1,00,000+ per month*

✅ Income grows with experience, client base, and renewals

✅ No upper limit on earnings

*Income depends on individual effort and performance.
