About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer / Developer to design, develop, and maintain websites that offer an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, front-end and back-end development, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Website Design & Development: Design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

· Responsive Design: Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

· UI/UX Optimization: Improve website navigation, layout, and overall user experience.

· Coding & Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain website code, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance site performance.

· Collaboration: Work with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align website design with business goals.

· CMS Management: Manage and customize CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others as required.

· Security & Maintenance: Ensure website security, update plugins,



and perform regular maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Fresher / up to 1 year of experience in web design and development.

Technical Skills

· WordPress and Wix (mandatory)

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

· Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus

· Backend development experience with PHP, Node.js, or Python is an advantage

· Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

· Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix

· Understanding of version control systems like Git

Soft Skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Good communication and project management skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
