Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Teach MBA courses as per the university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, PPTs, case studies, and study materials.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate students through assignments, quizzes, presentations, internal assessments, and examinations.
- Mentor students for academic and career development.
- Guide MBA projects, internships, dissertations, and research work.

Research & Development

- Publish research papers in UGC CARE/Scopus/ABDC journals.
- Participate in national and international conferences, FDPs, workshops, and seminars.
- Prepare research proposals and consultancy projects.
- Promote innovation and industry-oriented learning.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Perform admission counselling and student mentoring.
- Coordinate university examinations and evaluation work.
- Participate in NAAC, NBA, IQAC, NIRF, AISHE, and accreditation activities.
- Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, workshops, conferences, and placement activities.




- Assist in departmental documentation and academic audits.

Qualification

- First Class MBA/PGDM or equivalent in the relevant specialization.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC/AICTE norms (preferred where applicable).
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
