- High degree of Customer communication and convincing skills
- Should have good knowledge of the current market trends
- Proven track record in Business Development & Sales
- Able to understand the customer expectations
- Proven Track record of meeting business & sales targets
- Proven skills in development of new sales, leads
- Cutting-edge thinking in generating new avenues for business development
- Capable of creating, updating and maintaining marketing collaterals
- Willingness to relocate
- Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company requirements
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

- Good skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teams
- Ability to learn, improve and develop others in the Team
- 2-10 years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)
- Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
- Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etc
- Willingness to work anywhere in India and overseas
- Proven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantage
- Professionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
