DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases/HRMS.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employment-related correspondence.
- Support background verification and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
