Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Creo Design Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Creo CAD software. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be confident interacting with clients, and provide technical support while demonstrating Creo capabilities and product benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Creo software to customers.
- Visit client locations for product demonstrations, implementation support, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Creo solutions.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and effectively explain Creo features and benefits.
- Assist customers with software installation, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and technical expertise.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Creo Design.
- Strong knowledge of Creo Parametric and CAD modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presentation and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and impressive manner.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within and around Bangalore.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
- Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
