PERFECT GEARS CHENNAI PVT LTD REQUIRED MACHINE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER WITH 4 TO 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CNC,VMC, MANUAL MACHINE ( GEAR HOBBING, GEAR SHAVING, GRINDING, TURNING) MACHINE

PERFECT GEARS CHENNAI PVT LTD IS A LEADING GEAR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATED IN HEART OF THE CITY KK NAGAR WEST CHENNAI,

Responsibilities and Duties

CNC, VMC , MANUAL GEAR HOBBING AND SHAVING TURNING MACHINE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE, REGULAR MONITOR

 Responsible in troubleshooting the machines if there is any problem and complaint
received from internal team.
 Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance of all CNC,VMC and manual machines

Make the request for the spare parts needed for the production machines and reduces 15% cost




of the production spare parts expenses
 Operational and Processing knowledge on CNC,VMC, machine
 Should have practical Knowledge on CNC,VMC machine maintenance.

Maintained records such as Daily Preventive check sheet, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance sheet, and Material utilization and Inventory sheet.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

5 years experience in auto component manufacturing unit with well knowledge in cnc vmc and manual machines

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
