- We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling architectural design, technical documentation, quantity estimation, and on-site project execution. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of managing projects from conceptual stages through to completion.

Key Responsiblities -

- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation drawings in accordance with project requirements
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation
- Undertake quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Evaluate material specifications and ensure cost-effective and technically sound solutions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery
- Supervise site activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, and report deviations where necessary
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required -





- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice
- Demonstrated experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and site execution
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
