Electrical Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, install, test, commission, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, machines, motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick restoration of machines to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, control panel drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Monitor and maintain electrical power distribution systems, including LT panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, transformers, DG sets, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of VFDs, servo drives, PLC systems, control circuits, and automation equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
- Maintain records of electrical breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to resolve machine-related electrical issues.
- Ensure proper installation, wiring, earthing,



and testing of new electrical equipment and machinery.
- Monitor electrical energy consumption and support initiatives to improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety procedures.
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Maintain adequate inventory of electrical spare parts and consumables.
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently with minimum impact on production.

Pay: ₹25,501.69 - ₹45,867.15 per month
