QUALIA is a holistic health business focusing on adults aged 35+ (men & women). Our offering includes (i) detailed diagnostics (bloodwork, imaging, physical and cognitive assessments), (ii) ongoing support and coaching from doctors & health practitioners, and (iii) highly personalized, data-driven health protocols across exercise, nutrition, sleep and cognitive health. Operational in Bangalore since Aug 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Design individualized strength and conditioning programs built around each member's diagnostic data, training history, and health goals
- Structure and periodize programming for general population adults — balancing load, recovery, and long-term adaptation
- Adapt training based on ongoing monitoring: health assessments, bloodwork, wearable performance data
- Review progress holistically alongside other domain experts (nutrition, sleep, medical) for a fully integrated approach




- Deliver 1:1 exercise coaching at well-equipped apartment complex gyms & clubhouses
- Collaborate with the Qualia Health Squad (internal health experts - doctors, nutritionists, physios, health coaches) for a unified, fully integrated approach

REQUIREMENTS:

- Explicit, effective English communication — written and spoken
- High standards of discipline, punctuality and responsiveness
- Bachelor's or Master's in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, or Exercise Science - or recognized S&C; certifications (NSCA-CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA)
- Hands-on experience programming for novice and intermediate general population trainees; athlete background is a bonus
