Dica An Deco Interiors is a growing interior design company specializing in residential and commercial interior solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Interior Sales Executive who can convert leads into satisfied customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, website, and digital marketing leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into projects.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to project handover.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales closing ability.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.




- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, and interior materials.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
