Position: Purchase Manager
Experience: 8–15 years (preferred)
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC
Location: Chennai - Tamilnadu

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.

Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules.

Coordinate with project, planning, and finance teams.

Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.





Proven experience in procurement for road and commercial building construction projects.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.

Knowledge of construction materials, market trends, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
