Spenta Casting & Production House is a leading casting and production company in Pune, connecting talented artists with exciting opportunities across films, TV, digital media, and brand campaigns. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates, artists, and clients.
- Explain job opportunities, auditions, and company services.
- Schedule interviews and auditions.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate information.
- Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and production teams.
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (preferred).
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
