Position Title: Computer Operator

Job Summary:
A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring smooth and effective operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves data entry, system maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and generating reports as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor system performance and identify operational issues.
- Run scheduled programs, backups, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and report major issues to IT staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Generate reports and maintain system logs.
- Ensure proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other computer equipment.
- Assist users with basic technical support when needed.

Required Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: As per company policy and experience.
