An MIS Executive specializes in gathering, cleansing, and analyzing business data to create management dashboards and operational reports. Role Profile: MIS Executive (Google Sheets & Automation Specialist)Key Responsibilities:

- Automated Reporting: Design and build dynamic, automated dashboards and recurring management reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using formulas and macros. [, 2]
- Data Cleansing & Analysis: Extract raw data from multiple internal systems, validate it for accuracy, and structure it for easy interpretation. [1, 2]
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in manual processes and develop custom workflow automations to minimize human error and save time. [1, 2]
- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to collect required inputs and deliver data-driven insights to senior management. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Technical Skills:

- Advanced Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in complex formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, QUERY) and advanced Data Visualization (Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Google Workspace Automation: Mandatory hands-on experience developing custom functions and workflow scripts using Google Apps Script.
- Data Management: Ability to handle large datasets seamlessly and reconcile discrepancies across different database formats.
- Business Intelligence: Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
