About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day business development activities, tender preparation, and client coordination, preparation of tender documentation and cost proposals align with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BD team in day-to-day business development activities, including client communication, proposal tracking, and opportunity monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for RFPs, and EOIs for Water resource and Dam Safety projects.
- Source and coordinate with experts team as per the tender requirement
- Prepare QCD (Quality Control Documentation)
documents in line with company policies and ISO standards.
- Track client quotations and address any clarifications or revisions as required.
- Maintain and update the business development and CV database for ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements
- MBA with a background in Civil Engineering (preferably).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in civil engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy sectors.
- Robust understanding of tendering processes, proposal writing, and client coordination.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of e-procurement portals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
