Operate and set up CNC Moly Wirecut EDM machines to manufacture precision components as per drawings, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC Moly Wirecut EDM machines for job work and batch production.

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and job cards.

3. Select suitable wire and machining parameters based on material and tolerance.

4.Perform alignment, zero setting, and trial runs.

5. Monitor machining for accuracy and surface finish.

6. Inspect components using vernier, micrometer, and height gauge.

7. Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

8. Maintain production and inspection records.

Skills & Competencies

1. Hands-on experience in CNC Wirecut EDM (Moly wire).

2. Knowledge of machining parameters and basic Geometric dimension.

3. Positive inspection and measurement skills.

4. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

5. Teamwork and time management.
