We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will coordinate daily site activities, supervise workers, ensure quality standards, and complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site work and labor teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Manage materials, tools, and site inventory.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Prepare daily work reports and update management on project status.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
