The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for semiconductor and hardware engineering positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor and hardware engineering roles.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

- Source and recruit candidates for niche semiconductor positions including:

ø ASIC Design & Verification

ø SoC Architecture

ø Physical Design

ø DFT (Design for Test)

ø FPGA Design

ø Analog/Mixed-Signal Design

ø Embedded Systems

ø Silicon Validation and Firmware Engineering

- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to leadership.

- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Support diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.

- Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders

- Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.

- Sourcing,



Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.

- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references

- Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.

- Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.

- Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation

Requirement:

- 8+ years of Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor talent acquisition for US & Canada Region

- Must be doing hands on sourcing for on Engineering, Semiconductor (Post Silicon, Presilicon, VLSI) and IT requirements.

- Must be well versed with US & Canada Visa terms.

- Excellent sourcing skills

- Research and recommend recent sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

- Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media platforms

- Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor requirements
