- Supervise fabrication and lathe shop operations.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.
- Monitor welding, cutting, machining, and assembly activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and rework.
- Manage operators, welders, fitters, and helpers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records and report daily output to management.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner, or related trade.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
