We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with a strong foundation in Computer Science or Software Engineering to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our technical products and platforms. The ideal candidate has a talent for explaining complex systems in a simple way and enjoys collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, API docs, developer manuals, and architecture diagrams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into content suitable for various audiences .
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and on boarding materials.
- Edit and proofread existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Ensure documentation aligns with brand voice, style, and technical accuracy standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role in a tech-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
